It was crucial to maintain the brand's premium positioning while communicating its global heritage, adapting it to the local context and cultural ambassadors.

Solution

We presented the brand team with a "private party" concept – an exclusive celebration that everyone dreams of attending, but only a select few can access. Premium furniture, vintage accessories, stylish model looks, and a signature color palette gave the photos and videos an authentically luxurious feel – everything a premium segment brand could ask for. Within this concept, we produced and shot a series of videos and photo content.

For the video protagonists, we cast micro-influencers whose lifestyles align with Chivas' brand values – the "eternal celebration of life." They organically fit into the narrative, adding genuine authenticity.

As part of our ongoing SMM content, we became true experts in blend varieties. We showcase Chivas' rich whisky range in diverse formats: from posts and interactive stories to insights shared by the brand ambassador.

Results

After 9 months of partnership with the brand team, we successfully increased the account's ER by

90%
(reaching 3.93%) and successfully communicated the brand's values and rich heritage within a contemporary Kazakhstani context.
